GENKI! PROJECT
This project requires proposing a 3-month strategic plan for Genki! by using organic and paid activities. The objective of the project is to help Genki! increase brand awareness among the audience, post reach and engagement between Genki! and the audience, and generate more potential customers.
Genki! is a diaper brand which launched in Malaysia in 2016. It is part of Oji Holdings Corporation, a leader in the pulp and paper industry in Japan for almost 140 years It has won the "Excellence in Brand Awareness" Award from the ‘WoW Bersama Genki!’ campaign in Malaysia, the Marketing Excellence Award and the "Fastest Growing Brand" Award from the Giant retailer chain in Malaysia in 2017.
I believe that comfort is the first priority for a diaper, as it will affect a baby's comfortability and activity. Also, the technology and material of the diaper provided must allow the parents to be reliable in letting the baby wear it. Therefore, I have came out the overall idea of this project is comfortable, reliable, and lively.
Content Plan
As Genki! indicates, their product's strength is softness, breathability, and ultra-absorbency. Therefore, I have highlighted these three strengths throughout my proposed 3 months of content planning. Also, the interactive post and the competition activity aim to help to increase the engagement with the audience. Besides, to increase the reliability of the audience towards Genki!, a Q&A session with the expert has been included in the content plan.

As Genki!'s slogan is "cloud-like softness," I used the cloud shape as the main element of the website design and the colour tone is blue and white. Besides, to increase the website traffic, I proposed adding the Genki! Club and blog sessions for customers to share tips and get information. This also helps to build customer loyalty towards Genki!.
